CLAIMS PROCESS
REPAIR CENTER
Our coverage plans allow you to go to any licensed repair facility in the United States, Canada, Bahamas, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands.
You will need to provide the repair center with your coverage passport we provide you.
FILE
CLAIM
Your licensed repair facility will need to call the number listed in your coverage passport and provide them with your contract ID listed on the back of the cover page. The repair facility will need to provide our insurance company with a repair order so they can approve it
BACK ON WATER
Within 24 hours if the listed covered part is approved the repair center will be paid retail for the covered part and paid the posted hourly rate for the repair.
